first session
Our first session will begin with verbally discussing the intake documents. I am well aware that we do not always read the documents in their entirety so we will discuss things such as confidentiality, HIPAA, what the therapeutic relationship and time will look like, Release of Information, as well as formulate therapy goals for therapy for our time together. Should you choose to schedule AO Scan ONLY our time together will look much different. Please be sure to schedule your FREE 15-minute consultation to clarify what our session(s) will look like. I offer a FREE 15-minute consultation. This time allows us to meet, connect, and provide you the time and space to ask your questions so be sure to come prepared to make the most of our time together. This consultation can take place over the phone or over a virtual platform. While on the virtual call you must use a device that allows for audio as well as video to be seen and heard clearly as the camera must be on during consultation.

We will discuss and monitor reports for items that remain “out of balance. I do NOT make claims to be a doctor, nutritionist, dietician, etc. I will NOT and can NOT replace your doctor. You are advised to discuss the findings with your doctor that are being reported as consistently “out of balance”.
